The second series of the American version of the show continues with the chance of one person becoming the protege of a major business tycoon.
There's a shock in store when the candidates find out who's the first one fired. As they prepare for the next task, the women, Maria especially, are worried about Stacie J 's antics on the last task. But now it's time to focus on the task in hand: producing a new flavour of ice cream and selling it on the streets of New York. The women are slow to make a decision about flavour and their sales location is a problem, while the men make a last-minute mad rush to buy ingredients and use some local women to boost their sex appeal. Then, in the boardroom, one candidate makes a shocking and fatal decision.
