Aberglasney. Chris Beardshaw is in Towy, Carmarthenshire, to visit a 17th-century cloister garden nicknamed "the Garden Lost in Time". The restoration process being carried out is inspired by the medieval idea of the "enamelled mead" - blocks of grass studded with low-growing flowers.
