Live coverage of the second day's play from London.

Weather permitting, the first round will be nearing its conclusion and half of all the players in the men's and women's singles competition will already have been knocked out of the tournament by the close of play.

This time last year Tim Henman began his campaign promisingly against unseeded Tomas Zib with an emphatic 6-2 victory in the first set. But the tension began to increase as the now predictable mid-match wobble began to manifest itself, the second set going to a tie-break which Henman finally won, before Zib, a lucky loser from qualifying, tool the third 6-3. Henman managed to steady his nerves and secured a 6-1 scoreline in the fourth to win the match.

Sue Barker presents the action, with Tracey Austin, Chris Bailey, John Barrett, Boris Becker, Pat Cash, Andrew Castle, John Lloyd, John McEnroe, David Mercer and Sam Smith providing the commentary.
