Drama. Bombay 1961: an eccentric Anglophile is undaunted by the news that her baby boy, Brit, has "bones like biscuits". Her husband, however, parades his son before one charlatan after another, hoping for a cure. Brit's sister Dolly is his true ally, providing unfaltering love.
