More action from the grass court championships at London's Queen's Club. With British players Tim Henman and Greg Rusedski currently ranked among the world's top 50 players, expectations are high that they could both progress to the tournament's latter stages. For Henman, success would be particularly welcome as he struggles to shake off the effects of an elbow injury that has been hampering his performances for most of the year. Few books have been so widely read as Dr Spock's controversial Baby and Child Care. But the author found it hard to practise what he preached with his own children. Drawing on home-movie footage of Spock with his family, and interviews with his two sons, tonight's film traces the origins of Spock's philosophies, and shows how the man once blamed for the permissive society is now regarded as the voice of tradition.
