This week, Kirsty Young and her team visit Wednesbury Road, a busy thoroughfare into Walsall. Among the problems they encounter are a child's asthma, possibly aggravated by features of her house. They also advise residents on how to deal with a factory that burns rubbish on its site, how to convince the council that the road needs a safe pedestrian crossing, and what to do when a local firm repeatedly fails to return a washing machine taken in for repair.
