Will social workers make condoms freely available to 14-year-olds in children's homes? Will a teenager who makes sexual abuse allegations be believed?
In the second of three programmes using the hypothetical "what if" technique, moderator Vincent Hanna finds out how social workers and teachers handle troubled and troublesome teenagers. Staff at children's homes are faced with a moral dilemma: if they are aware that young people under the age of 16 in their care are having sexual relationships, whether or not they condone the behaviour, should they give contraceptive advice to children? The final programme is tomorrow at 7.30pm

This week's celebrity traveller is
Jonathan Ross , who visits Seattle in the Pacific North West of America, which has been voted the city where most Americans would like to live.
Seattle is known as the city that never sleeps, perhaps because its citizens' passion for endless varieties of coffee has made it the caffeine capital of the US. Pioneer Square is at the heart of the city's nightlife, with restaurants, pavement cafes and music bars all adding to the late-night bustle in the home of "grunge" music.
Plus there's atrip to the Polish city of Krakow, one-time capital of Poland, which has enjoyed a growth in tourism since the collapse of Communism. The old centre of Krakow was one of the few cities to escape the ravages of the Second World War, and the filming of Schindler's List in the old Jewish district of Kasimieritz has drawn attention to the city's picturesque charms. The programme also visits the 1,000-year-old salt mines at Weilicska and reports on the little known beauty of the Tatra Mountains to the south of Krakow, an area which has become a playground forwealthy Poles. Presented by Penny Junor .
