Live coverage from Headingley of the fourth day's play in the opening Test between England and the West Indies. Four years ago at this ground Graham Gooch hit a century and Philip DeFreitas took eight wickets to seal a convincing win in a drawn series. Back in 1969, Ray Illingworth captained his side to a 30-run win, giving England their last series triumph over the West Indies.

The world championship enters its sixth round with live coverage from Montreal of the Canadian Grand Prix, which takes place against the spectacular backdrop of the St Lawrence Seaway.
Reigning champion Michael Schumacher, winner here in 1994, opened up a five-point lead over nearest rival Damon Hill in this year's championship following his victory last month in the Monaco Grand Prix.
Highlights of the race can be seen at 12.05am on BBC1.

Last in a series of six programmes penetrating the private and confidential world of a family in therapy, both at home and in the consulting room.

Nine months have now passed since the family commenced their therapy. Sara's troughs of depression, extravagant mood swings and irritatingly immature behaviour had been the motivating force behind the move into counselling in the first place. She has now turned 18 and has become a happy, confident young woman.
Such a radical transformation has made her parents, Jack and Marian, finally realise that she is the most stable of all the family members.
Rather than Sara, it is their marriage which is in need of attention. But, as the therapy draws to a close, they celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary safe in the knowledge that at least now they are equipped to face the future with greater understanding of each other and their two daughters.
