The film features such artists as Denis McGhee, Queen Ida, Canray Fontenot, Dewey Balfa and the king of Creole, Clifton Chenier. Through rare archive photographs and early recordings, Blank traces the history of these two styles.

Travelling to a medical congress, Dr Kruvajan comes across the family tomb of Princess Asa, a 17th-century witch burnt at the stake 200 years before. A drop of his blood accidentally spilt on her remains brings the evil woman to life again, and she enacts a murderous plan to replace her beautiful descendant and exact double, Princess Katia.

Starring
A tourist in Spain, beautiful Lisa Reiner, loses herself in an old town and takes refuge in a mysterious house owned by an old lady and her weird son Max. Gradually Lisa discovers she is the exact double of Elena, Max's former wife, and that a ritual of revenge and murder is to be replayed.
This bizarre tale of strange desires is being shown in the director's little seen original version.
