Aliens from Inner Space Narrated by David Attenborough Patrolling off-shore, powerful jet-propelled hunters cruise on deadly missions. Their intelligence is advanced. Their communication system is superb.
These 'extraterrestrials' are cephalopods - cuttlefishes, squids and octopuses. Using their soft bodies they transmit pulsing colour patterns of staggering beauty, whose meaning scientists are only beginning to unravel.
Can they speak to each other? Are they, perhaps, trying to speak to humans?

The last of ten portraits of Italy today seen through the lives of different Italians. The Bride of Calabria Natina Manglaviti is 20 and her wedding is just a week away. She lives in a small village high up in the mountains in the southernmost tip of Italy. Her father, Giuseppe, is a peasant farmer cultivating 60 acres.
Natina approaches her wedding with a mixture of excitement and apprehension. Her fiance is the son of a family friend but, because of local custom, she has never spent a moment alone with him.
Natina and her mother pack the trousseau, bottles are filled with home-made wine, 70 loaves are baked for the feast, and Natina has the last fitting of her wedding dress. On the day there's a ten-course lunch for 600 guests. They dance the famous tarantella. Giuseppe is proud to set up his daughter in marriage. 'The greater the head of the family', he says, 'the finer and bigger the wedding feast'.

Hotlips's determination to preserve the 4077th for posterity, in a time capsule, is somewhat undermined by Hawkeye's suggestions. Do bunion pads, brandy and Klinger's old frocks say it all about Korea?

What's Cuba Playing At?
In the 25th anniversary year of the Revolution, Arena traces the Afro-Spanish roots of Cuba's rich musical history. If, for you, the rumba still means Come
Dancing, then it's time you saw the real thing. Meet
Enrique Jorrin , creator of the cha-cha-cha; listen to the septet at the Casa de la
Trova, Santiago; the jazz of Irakere; the passionate songs of Pablo Milanes , and the evocative music of family groups still carrying on traditions from 100 years ago. Watch exuberant dancing to the music of popular Los Van Van and, in the courtyard of the Folkloric Company, the rumbas -often remarkably similar to breakdancing - whose forms grew out of the sacred rituals and dances of Cuba's unique Afro-Catholic religions.
