In the fifth programme of the series Sarah Brown visits vegetarians Bob and Samantha Green and their family, and shows how to make two delicious types of pastry using wholewheat flour. One is wholewheat short-crust pastry which she turns into mouth-watering french onion tarts, ideal for cocktail savouries and picnics. The other is the more complicated wholewheat flaky pastry, but Sarah's straightforward method will ensure success for even the most inexperienced cook.

A series of documentary films following events over seven weeks in a village in Kenya.
2: Two Ways of Justice
Rerenko, one of the Prophet's sons, is in prison in Nairobi, accused of cattle theft. His brother Tipayia is anxiously awaiting news of him. Meanwhile the younger men of the area are getting ready to plead their own case with the Prophet. He has discovered that they stole and ate one of his goats and he has threatened to curse them. While all this is going on, Naidela's labour pains begin.
