Do you know what's happening at the factory near you? Would you be any the wiser if, for example: one day a warehouse exploded and burning canisters rained down on you? This happened to the people of Stoke last year. The factory in question was storing dangerous chemicals under hazardous conditions, and without people knowing. A recent report following that fire has highlighted the deficiencies of the existing law, but little has been done to reassure the local community. They voice a growing public fear when they ask

3: G. F. Watts at Compton, Surrey Two buildings tucked away down a Surrey lane commemorate the Victorian artist and sculptor G. F. Watts. In his days of fame, Watts had a room to himself at the Tate Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery and was referred to as ' England's Michelangelo'.
The Chapel and the Art Gallery at Compton which were designed and built by his wife Mary, unique in character and atmosphere, are places Sir Hugh has known and visited over many years.
