The programme in which the BBC hands over air time to the public.
This evening: The Campaign for Comprehensive Education present Carry on Comprehensives
'While the national spotlight continues to shine on public and grammar schools, comprehensive schools have steadily been getting on with the job. The case for comprehensive education has yet to be heard in full, and many myths surround discussion of this issue. The reality is usually very different.'
Made with the help of the Community Programme Unit.

How did the Universe form and where do we belong in our galaxy, the Milky Way? These questions relate to our knowledge and understanding of our planetary neighbours.
In this year's production for the Royal Astronomical Society and the Open Science Society, Dr Garry Hunt takes us through the solar system, and looks in detail at some of the new and exciting evidence coming out of Voyager, Pioneer and other recent space missions to the planets.
But planetary science is a rapidly developing subject and we look to the future of space exploration - not only in this decade, but also into the next century.

Starring James Cagney, Pat O'Brien, Ann Sheridan, Humphrey Bogart
One of the great Warner Brothers gangster films featuring Cagney, Bogart and the Dead End Kids in a crusading tale about two New York slum boys who grow up to be on opposing sides of the fence - one a gangster and the other a priest. Cagney in the complex role of ' 'Rocky' Sullivan gives a fascinating study of a tough, unscrupulous yet oddly likeable gangster.
