Each autumn millions of wild ducks, geese, and other birds migrate southwards through the United States to their winter quarters. This film follows them to the Mexico border and shows some of the work of the US Fish and Wildlife Service, which has to strike a fine balance between providing sport for the American hunters and ensuring the protection of rarer species.
