Larry Young
Hammond organist Larry Young, known as the "Coltrane of the organ", took part in some of the earliest jazz-fusion experiments and is featured on Miles Davis's Bitches Brew album. Branford Marsalts Quartet
Jez Nelson presents the Branford Marsalis
Quartet, recorded at Ronnie Scott 's in London earlier this week. The American saxophonist plays alongside his well-established quartet, which features three luminaries of the New York scene: pianist Joey Calderazzo , bassist Eric Revis and drummer Jeff "Tain" Watts. The set includes material from the group's latest album, Braggtown.
