In a curtain-raiser to tomorrow's
Prom Roger Savage joins conductors, scholars and entrepreneurs to reassess Jean-Philippe Rameau as a composer of operas, especially in connection with his swansong Les Boreades. Rameau died and left this piece unperformed and it was not staged until 1982.
