1954-63. He has been Chinese Ambassador to the European
Community and is the Director of the Chinese Government's Centre for International

Sir Arthur Pearson , founder of the Daily Express, and a blind man himself. He wanted to train men to overcome their blindness and return to as normal lives as were possible-as he put it, 'to learn to be blind'.
