Muggers by ALLAN PRIOR Insp Sid Savage and Sgt Jack Eaves are brought in on a case where the theft involved the use of a knife. Before long it becomes apparent that two youths, one of them black, are the most likely suspects. Then some muggings occur and Insp Savage knows that unless they act quickly they will have a violent and possibly fatal crime on their hands.
