Casualties Union, founded twenty-three years ago during the war, provides a service of registered 'casualties' trained to simulate conditions, diseases, and accidents. It aims to stimulate realism in first aid, nursing, and rescue training, thus improving the standard of aid in emergencies, accidents in the home and on the roads.
