Leader, Charles Vorzanger
Directed by Harry Davidson from the Commodore Theatre,
Hammersmith
This popular orchestra, which Harry Davidson took over from Joseph Muscant in 1934 has been continuously broadcasting for eight and a half years. It is sad to think that this is the last broadcast from the Commodore Theatre, but Davidson is retaining his band. He is taking it on tour and it is hoped that it will be heard by listeners many times again.
