Modern Grass Farming
Webster Cory and J. A. Scott-Watson
Tonight Professor Scott-Watson will be joined by Webster Cory , who farms a thousand acres at Notgrove, in the Cotswolds. The farm, originally arable, has been laid down to grass and carries a large dairy herd run on the outdoor ' bail' system, a flock of breeding sheep, and a large head of poultry in fold units. Mr. Cory will explain his whole system of livestock and grassland management.
