A commentary on the final heats of the Team Sharpshooter
Tournament by Captain E. H. Robinson from Alexandra Palace
Listeners are to hear a commentary on the sharp-shooting item at forty yards range for the Patriotic Shield, which is one of the items in the National Small-Bore Rifle Competition, organised by the Society of Miniature Rifle Clubs. Clubs throughout the country may each enter one team of three persons. The target consists of twelve breakable white discs arranged in two sets of six. Teams are drawn in pairs, and the two teams lie down together. The team that first destroys all the discs or has broken the most on the word Cease ' is the winner of that particular heat.
