In this special edition focusing on the Garden House in Devon, Alan Titchmarsh meets Keith Wiley , the man whose dedication and energy have created a garden widely considered to be one of the most enterprising in the country. While Stephen Lacey explores the changing seasons of the garden - from the colourful bulbs of spring, through the splendour of the mid-summer borders and meadows, to the autumn prairies - Rachel de Thame lends a hand in helping maintain the constant stream of colour. Included in tonight's critical scrutiny is the film Tomb Raider, which casts self-styled "bad girl" Angelina Jolie as cyberculture pin-up Lara Croft , and John Irving 's new novel The Fourth Hand, in which a reporter who covers bizarre disasters has a hand transplant after losing his own to a caged lion.

Continuing the rerun of the first series of the US sci-fi drama. Conduit. Mulder becomes obsessed with the case of a teenage girl mysteriously abducted in Iowa in a possible alien encounter. The case mirrors his first encounter with the unknown: the traumatic disappearance of his own sister when he was only a child. Scully, however, focuses her attention on finding a more rational explanation.
