Ed Hall and former commando Hugh McManners host the survival game show that this week maroons journalists and paramedics on the Caribbean island of Barbuda in order to test their skills of endurance. As well as the usual tasks of building adequate shelter and starting camp fires, the teams of castaways must attempt to catch a shark, armed only with fishing line and some very large hooks.

In 1998, an apartment block in downtown Miami was knocked down for redevelopment, revealing a mysterious and ancient circle of holes cut into the bedrock. After much speculation as to their origins - a Mayan relic, a 1950s septic tank, even a UFO landing pad - archaeologists began their dig, an investigation which would eventually overturn everything they thought they knew about the Native American tribe that had once lived in the area.
