Who Killed Hebert Marin ? In Colombia, someone is killed for their political beliefs every six hours.
That's the message of an Amnesty International campaign drawing attention to this human rights emergency. But this has been going on for some time, as this film first demonstrated a year ago. It was made by the brothers and sister of Hebert Marin, one of the thousands of victims of the Colombian death squads, who was killed in the southern city of Cali in October 1986. This updated programme shows that the situation has now worsened. Narrator Michael Jayston Film editor ROLAND TONGUE Director JOHN WATKINS
