Starring Laurel and Hardy
Stan and Ollie as would-be bandits provide some of the screen's great comic moments in this version of a classic comic opera. Although some of the best-known musical numbers are retained, the accent is on the comedy in this, the most unusual of the duo's films.

2: Flower Power
It's no accident that flowers are so beautiful - it's the plants' way of attracting pollinators. Without them, and the lessons they taught the plant breeder, our gardens would have far fewer varieties.

A seven-part series tracing the origins of our species, presented by Richard Leakey. 1: In the Beginning
This is the story of every single person on earth. We all share a common ancestor with the great apes, yet while they have remained in the forests where they evolved, we stand today on the brink of conquering the heavens. When and why did our paths diverge? What made us human?
RICHARD LEAKEY begins his exploration of our origins by looking at the fossil evidence that our distant ancestors left behind, and the record of evolutionary change that those fossils reveal. He traces the crucial events of over eight million years ago that first took a group of primitive apes out of the forests and started them on the extraordinary path that ultimately was to lead to us.
