For over 50 years, Martha Graham has made an outstanding contribution to contemporary dance, as dancer, teacher and choreographer. In a rare interview she talks to John Drummond about her life and ideas, and her company perform works from four decades of their history including
Lamentation, Diversion of Angels Adorations.
This new version of the programme first shown last summer, includes the first television presentation of Appalachian Spring.
