Wales v Australia Introduced by NIGEL STARMER-SMITH
If history is anything to go by the Australians have a hard task. In previous matches against Wales they have suffered five defeats out of six. Their only success was in 1966, when Wales were Five Nations champions - as now. Then, against a Welsh side including such great players as BARRY JOHN , DELME THOMAS and GERALD DAVIES , the Australians raised their game to win by 14 points to 11.

Community Christmas Party So this is Christmas
St Agnes's Church Hall in Moseley, Birmingham, is the unlikely setting for a live television community Christmas Party for more than 100 people from all over the British Isles. Among the entertainers : a steel band, folk singers, puppet theatre and a dancing dragon. And the Open Door community - people who've made their own programmes over the past three years - provide the interviewers and interviewees.
They show what can be done by way of help and self-help for those for whom Christmas might otherwise be a lonely, bitter experience.
