Starring Ian Carmichael, Joan Greenwood , Cecil Parker
While the commander of a remote military installation in the Scottish Highlands is abroad on his last mission before retirement, his wife decides to supplement his pension by taking in some paying guests.
Philip Jenkinson writes: "Not unlike Further Up the Creek (made four years earlier in 1958) this ingenious comedy rejoices in a hand-picked cast of sit-com players and a lively if stagey script. The late Dennis Price excels, and Joan Greenwood has rarely been more alluringly husky. I wonder why it was called The Amorous Mister Prawn in the US?"
