At the end of the first season of the Sunday League these two Counties occupied the lowly 15th and 16th places in the final table. From the start of this season, however, both sides have shown that they have learnt the specialised techniques of limited-over cricket and both have been rewarded with successes that have placed them firmly in the top half of the current table.
