A concert by New York saxophonist Tim Berne , recorded at London's Queen
Elizabeth Hall. In his opening set he is joined by the Arte saxophone quartet and guitarist Marc Durcretto perform a piece from Berne's Sevens album. There is also a set by Berne's Science Friction Band and electronics pioneer and guitarist David Torn. Plus a new work commissioned by Radio 3 for Jazz on 3. Presented by Jez Nelson.
