Benny Carter at 95 4: Michael Pointon concludes his profile of the multi-instrumentalist, pioneerjazz arranger and composer Benny Carter , born in 1907 and the sole major figure from the early days of jazz still active today. The timeless stylist is still composing and makingguest appearances in concerts around the world.
