In Russian folklore, a terem is a beautiful wooden folk palace filled with fairy tales. In this programme, the world tour features the music of St
Petersburg's Terem Quartet - four classically trained musicians playing ancient folk instruments. The line-up includes a giant balalaika, a domra (mandolin) and bayan (accordion).
