This morning sees the start of Le Walk, a charity event in which 118 people set out to walk through the Channel Tunnel from France. Led by Daley Thompson , Le Walk marks the first time anyone has walked to Britain from mainland

Tunnel from France to England. Led by Daley Thompson , other walkers include
Graham Gooch , Kriss Akabusi , Todd Carty and Nicholas Witchell , with support from Mr Blobby. Mike Smith reports from 40 metres below the sea bed, with the help of Anthea Turner and Juliet Morris , on how they are all coping. The final stages of the walk can be seen at 9.40pm.
