Almost 20 years ago to the day, Prime Minister Harold Wilson officially opened the Post Office Tower. The Telecom Tower, as it is now called, is changing shape: wind permitting - gusty weather will put paid to the whole operation - four of the distinctive horn-shaped aerials are being replaced by modern dish antennas. Peter lends a hand - 400 feet above street level!
