In tonight's discussion Mr. Jennings will question a medical officer on some of the most vital problems of today. Such questions as epidemics, the increase of maternal mortality, slums and the rehousing of slum tenants, and the effect of unemployment on children will all be thrashed out. This is the third of four talks by Mr. Jennings, whose object is to show the efficiency or otherwise of Councils and the relation of local government to the individual householder.
