Wolves roamed the Highlands and clan rivalry made it treacherous to travel. But, when Timothy Pont graduated from St Andrew 's in 1583, he set off to survey Scotland. Over 18 years he made 77 maps, with exceptional detail and information. His maps include 350 mountains, some of which have yet to be identified. Nicholas Crane follows in his footsteps. Gripping documentary about the 1974 kidnapping of American newspaper heiress Patty Hearst by the Symbionese Liberation Army. Taken at gunpoint, the teenager was embroiled in a bizarre episode in US history.
