Adapted from the play by Michael Frayn , this drama starring Stephen Rea , Daniel Craig and Francesca Annis , speculates on what might have taken place when, in 1941, German physicist Werner Heisenberg travelled to Copenhagen to meet his Danish counterpart Niels Bohr. Old friends and close colleagues, the two had revolutionised physics during the 1920s with their work on quantum mechanics and the uncertainty principle. Now, events placed them on opposite sides of a world war. So what prompted Heisenberg to make a journey fraught with danger and threatening political embarrassment? And how was it linked to Nazi Germany's failure to create an atomic bomb? Adapted by Howard Davies ; Producer Richard Fell

Carrie Fisher , aka Princess Leia, tells the story of the year she found fame in a small independent film - Star Wars. It was a great year for John Travolta too, as his first major feature film, Saturday Night Fever, turned him into a sex symbol. Meanwhile, the country celebrated the Queen's Silver Jubilee in the streets - although the Sex Pistols told everyone where to stick it. Director Steven Grandison ; Series producer Alan Brown
