Concluding the series about vicious battles of recent times.

In 1988 South African-raised Bill O'Hagan opened a shop in Greenwich selling the type of gourmet sausages he had enjoyed back home, which were made to his own special recipes. Having enlisted two partners to help cope with the demand, the pair proceeded to jump ship and open their own company selling sausages that O'Hagan felt tasted remarkably similar to his own.
