A positive feast for foodies tonight with a new series from Ainsley Harriott, old favourite Food and Drink, and the continuing delights of Nigella Bites on Channel 4. Ainsley's Gourmet Express is all about contemporary food, with the emphasis on speedy preparation. The newly revamped Food and Drink finds Antony Worrall Thompson preparing salmon en croute, one of the top ten British dishes according to RTs recent survey. Definitely a night to have dinner in front of the TV. (JR)
