The Dealing with Drugs series continues with a special edition in which BBC Social Affairs Editor Niall Dickson travels to the US to reassess the Just Say No campaign of the eighties. Ridiculed at the time, the initiative spearheaded by Nancy Reagan led to a significant reduction in drug abuse. The encouraging trend has not been continued under the Clinton administration.
