Afterten pregnancies and fourchildren by the age of 28, Margaret had a hysterectomy, but six months later she suffered excruciating abdominal pain and found out she was pregnant again. The foetus was attached to her intestine. In 22 such cases of pregnancy after hysterectomy, none of the babies had survived. But
Margaret's "miracle baby" was delivered safely by Caesarian.
