A powerful two-part drama by Don Shaw based on events following the brutal murder of 13-year-old newspaper boy Carl Bridgewater in 1978. Starring Susan Wooldridge Jonny Lee Miller
1978: a horrific murder at a farmhouse leads to a massive police investigation. An early suspect is ruled out. Four men - two of whom have separately implicated the others - are arrested and charged. The men are sentenced and imprisoned, and that seems to be the end of the case. That is, until a very bizarre occurrence four weeks later. Part 2 is on Wednesday.
