Shortly after the Gulf War the UN Security Council ordered a special commission to find and destroy Iraq's weapons of mass destruction. The commission's team was stunned by what it found. Using exclusive footage from the United Nations inspectors, this film tells the story of the search for Saddam's arsenal. As the inspectors make their discoveries, tense stand-offs with the Iraqis twice lead to the brink of war. The UN videos show the full drama of the confrontations and reveal the enormity of Saddam Hussein's military programme. And how many weapons lie still hidden in the deserts of Iraq?
