This attractive and charming film was shot on location in the timberland country, in the heart of New South Wales, just after the war. Based on the Mills and Boon novel, it tells of Diana Venness who has recently been jilted. She takes on the job of teacher to three children who are being brought up by their uncle, Timber Marlow. Diana's search for a new life - and romance - is set against a spectacular background of the Australian countryside.
