Queens': A Cambridge College

on BBC Two England

The last of ten programmes Reflecting
The Bumps on the river, the preparation of a Shakespeare play in the Cloister Court, the May balls. These are the cliched images of Cambridge. Are they myth or reality -or both?
In their final term the students, in spectacular surroundings, reflect on their last weeks together, on what the experience of Cambridge has meant, and what faces, them in the real world beyond.
But what is the effect and the effectiveness of these people in later life: do they go or. to form the British establishment? If so, is this a good thing?
