Introduced by Cliff Michelmore

Do motorists who pay to park get a fair deal? Are multi-storey garage charges too high? Gordon Wilkins reports on the problems and profits of an industry which was born 20 years ago on a bomb site in Bloomsbury.

Enzo Ferrari, Graham Hill, rich circuit owners at Sebring and Indianapolis - they all buy the motor race pictures of Suffolk's artist Dion Pears because his painting is so accurate. But he has not been to a racetrack for years, due to an illness which prevents him from mixing with large crowds. So how does he recapture all the action and colour of a race he has never seen? Barrie Gill reports.
