Sir Lancelot is torn between loyalty to his king and love for the king's beautiful bride Princess Guinevere.

Jeremy Brett is a National Theatre player; Derek Hammond Stroud appears by arrangement with the Sadler's Wells Opera
Probably the best loved of all operettas, The Merry Widow is a love story set in Paris with, of course, a happy ending. The music is known everywhere. Mary Costa, the American star, plays Anna the widow. She flew over to England specially for the part.
