A 90th Birthday Tribute
The Cup Final referee in 1934, former Secretary of the Football Association, and past President of FIFA, the world governing-body, Sir Stanley Rous has been at the forefront of world football for over 50 years. In his 90th year, he still sees over a hundred matches a season and has firm views on the state of the modern game.
