Continuing the documentary series about the Irnham Lodge surgery in Minehead, Somerset. GP Dr Paul Slade 's mind is on cream cakes and scones as he prepares for another weigh-in with patient Dot Lupo. Later, a patient who has previously caused him problems returns, as well as another he finds difficult to handle. At the end of the day, Dr Tim Ross holds the fort while the rest of the casualty department take on the RNLI in a game of cricket.
